Refund policy

We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition (no broken parts, scratches, or missing components such as magazine, chain, or holster).

• Product must not be modified, disassembled, or tampered with.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Incorrect color or variant selected

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect function

• Normal wear and tear after use

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Delays once the order is in transit

• Improper use, damage, or misuse of the product

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If the item is returned damaged or missing parts, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
